Mutual Funds Specialist

You'll be at the forefront of processing account transactions, responding to shareholder inquiries, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations—all while building lasting client relationships in a collaborative environment.
Required Skills:
- Ability to interpret and apply diverse client and fund information, including regulatory guidelines
- Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient mathematical, computer, and record-keeping skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with mutual fund account processing or fund administration (not mandatory but advantageous)
- Familiarity with securities trading, dividend calculation, and reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering policies and related compliance frameworks
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education preferred
- Prior experience in financial services, customer support, or fund operations is beneficial but not required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work both in-office and remotely as per scheduled flexibility
- Willingness to participate in client events and ongoing compliance training
- Commitment to ethical standards and continuous improvement

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $25.00 to $31.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
