Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst II and play a vital role in ensuring our company’s compliance with international trade regulations. What You’ll Do:

  • Perform denied party screenings across various programs, ensuring compliance with export and sanctions regulations.
  • Assist in export and sanctions compliance reviews for app submissions and vendor evaluations.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations of customers, partners, and transactions to identify potential risks related to sanctions and export controls.
  • Utilize internal databases, third-party tools, and commercial sources to research and evaluate security alerts.
  • Document findings meticulously and escalate any suspicious activities related to sanctioned individuals, terrorist financing, or criminal activities.
  • Support compliance projects and adapt to evolving regulations and systems with agility.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in international business, international relations, international trade, law, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of export compliance experience, including investigations and research related to sanctions and export control risks.
  • Proficient with SAP GTS screening system or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and OFAC sanctions regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a compliance-focused environment.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and apply ethical judgment.
  • Proficiency in Mac, macOS, and iOS.


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with international trade law and compliance regulations.
  • Prior experience with export screening and risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of third-party investigative tools and commercial databases.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in international trade, law, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of relevant export compliance and investigation experience.


Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting (Tuesday-Thursday on-site with flexible hours).
  • Willingness to participate in compliance projects with a potential for extension or transition into a permanent role.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $41.00 to $46.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
