Project Manager II
Title: Project Manager II
Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid, on-site Tuesday – Thursday)
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update program management tools (Wrike) to ensure project status, milestones, and risks are accurately reflected and current.
- Coordinate and prep for recurring leadership and working team meetings — including agendas, notes, and follow-up tracking.
- Track action items and open decisions across workstreams and follow up with owners to ensure accountability.
- Support the creation and distribution of status updates, reporting decks, and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct data analysis to support project workstreams – synthesizing inputs, identifying trends, and translating findings into clear recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on project content – gathering input, aligning on requirements, and ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time.
- Help onboard new workstreams and team members into portfolio processes and tools.
- Identify gaps in coordination and proactively flag risks to program leads.
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations — ideally in a finance, technology, or transformation environment.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data, building summaries, and drawing out the “so what.”
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with BI or reporting tools a plus.
- Experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders and managing content-heavy deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Clear written and verbal communicator who can tailor updates to different audiences.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $62.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
