Data Scientist
TITLE: Data Scientist
LOCATION: Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Develop and test forecasting techniques, including time series and ARIMA models
- Create data visualizations using Tableau and Looker Studio
- Apply optimization techniques, including linear programming (LP) and mixed-integer programming (MIP)
- Deploy models into cloud production environments, preferably on GCP or other cloud platforms
- Utilize Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and backend development
- Implement neural networks (DNN, RNN, LSTM) for predictive analytics
- Use version control systems like Git for collaborative development
- Leverage operations research and mathematical modeling expertise
Requirements:
- Strong experience in linear programming (LP), mixed-integer programming (MIP), and network optimization
- Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques such as time series and ARIMA
- Advanced understanding of neural networks (DNN, RNN, LSTM) for predictive analytics
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
