-
10+ years of UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design experience, including significant senior-level design ownership.
-
Strong experience designing complex consumer-facing digital products, ideally within e-commerce, retail, payments, travel, or other transactional platforms.
-
Exceptional visual design and interaction design skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to lead experience strategy while remaining hands-on in Figma.
-
Experience working within large, complex organizations and collaborating across multiple product teams.
-
Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
-
Ability to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity.
-
A portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and outstanding execution.
Nice to Have
-
Experience with large-scale retail or e-commerce platforms.
-
Cart, checkout, payments, order management, or fulfillment experience.
-
Experience defining product vision or future-state customer experiences.
-
Background working across multiple interconnected digital products.
Portfolio required. We're particularly interested in seeing how you've approached complex customer problems, influenced product direction, and translated strategy into polished, shipped experiences.
