Job Title: Digital Merchandising Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 Months (Possible extension)
Overview
Join a high-impact team supporting a world-class online store experience for a global consumer technology leader. In this contract role, you’ll help shape and optimize digital merchandising content across web and app experiences—supporting launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing performance improvements. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, creative, digital experience, and analytics) to translate business priorities and customer insights into clear, compelling on-site experiences that drive engagement and results.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting digital merchandising and/or eCommerce content execution
- Strong background in digital marketing and online customer journeys
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams (campaigns, product launches, site updates) with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with reporting and performance analysis (e.g., KPIs, dashboards, trends) to inform optimizations
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication and content accuracy/quality control skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience supporting new product introductions and promotional campaign rollouts
- Familiarity working with CMS/tools used to publish and maintain eCommerce content (any major platform is helpful)
- Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation, or conversion rate optimization concepts
- Experience partnering closely with creative and brand teams to align content and messaging
Preferred Education and Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, digital marketing, or site content operations.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $55.22 Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
