Senior UX Researcher
UX Researcher
Atlanta, GA (hybrid onsite in Cumberland area)
2-3+month W2 contract (could extend, full benefits offered)
We’re seeking a UX Researcher who can help product teams make confident decisions through the right balance of speed, rigor, and insight.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify research needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct discovery and evaluative research to inform product strategy and validate solutions.
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, and other experience-focused artifacts.
- Synthesize findings and communicate recommendations through clear storytelling and stakeholder presentations.
- Help teams navigate ambiguity and move forward with confidence.
Qualifications
- Experience leading qualitative and mixed-methods research throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong discovery, generative, and usability research skills.
- Expertise in journey mapping and customer experience research.
- Ability to influence product decisions through insights and effective communication.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in complex workflows, enterprise products, or service ecosystems.
- Ability to contribute to wireframes, prototypes, or concept development.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and tools that support research, synthesis, or prototyping.
Ideal Candidate
A pragmatic researcher who knows when to go deep and when to move quickly. This person can uncover customer insights, validate ideas, and clearly communicate findings that drive product decisions. Bonus points for professionals who blend research and design skills.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $72.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
