Title: Account Processor
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Support our clients with their commercial credit card programs through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to online commercial card management platforms.
- Work closely with account management teams in a team-oriented environment.
- Address client issues by listening, troubleshooting root causes, and determining appropriate actions.
- Support Federal Government and commercial accounts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to three years of experience within Customer Service.
- Good time management skills to assist multiple clients efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls.
- Experience in helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Able to pass a post-employment screening, including criminal and background checks administered by GSA.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $27.15 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
