ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 09/21/2026 to 09/21/2027
Responsibilities:
- Build AI tools that generate first-pass UI designs using approved design system components, brand standards, and available user research.
- Define and maintain a measurable design craft and quality framework that can be used to evaluate AI-generated experiences.
- Build AI-enabled workflows that score designs against design system, accessibility, content, and experience standards.
- Develop design-to-code workflows that translate approved designs into working component-based front-end code.
- Build reusable AI agents, skills, and multi-step workflows that automate repeatable parts of the design process.
- Own accessibility throughout the workflow, including design, testing, remediation, and determining which checks can be reliably automated.
- Evaluate false positives and weaknesses in automated quality checks and continuously improve their accuracy.
- Use user research and supporting evidence to ensure design decisions can be traced to real customer needs rather than subjective preference.
- Create reusable patterns and contribute those patterns back into an established enterprise design system.

- Map complex workflows and gain alignment across designers, engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders.

- Evaluate generated designs against established standards.
- Convert designs into working component-based front-end code.
- Strong hands-on front-end development skills.

- Practical experience with WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility conformance testing, remediation, and assistive technologies.
- Ability to make complex workflows understandable through process mapping and diagramming.
- Must be skilled at working across teams to gain alignment and support testing, training, and adoption.

- Deep Figma experience including variables, design tokens, shared component libraries, and multi-brand themes.
- Enterprise design system experience.
- Experience in UX writing standards.
- AI/LLM evaluation frameworks, evaluation sets, and prompt evaluation.
- Design linting, static analysis, or visual regression testing.
- Storybook and component library experience.
- MCP / Model Context Protocol experience.
