TITLE: B2B eCommerce Product Manager – Mobile Platform
LOCATION: Atlanta/Remote (some onsite)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 08/24/2026 to 02/26/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive product decisions that deliver value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to inform product decisions.
  • Conduct end-user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product development.
  • Owns the product roadmap for the mobile app/mobile commerce experience, balancing new customer-facing features against platform stability and technical debt.
  • Define and prioritize mobile-specific capabilities such as navigation, search/browse, checkout, account and order management, push notifications, and offline/degraded-connectivity handling.
  • Partner with UX and engineering to optimize the mobile conversion funnel, reduce checkout drop-off, and improve mobile checkout completion rates.
  • Analyze mobile app usage data and B2B buyer behavior to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales and key account teams to understand the needs of large B2B customers on the mobile platform.
  • Work with catalog and merchandising teams to ensure mobile product data, search, and catalog presentation meet B2B buyer expectations.
  • Partner with engineering on backend/API issues impacting the mobile experience, such as inventory sync, real-time pricing, and order status.
  • Report on mobile commerce KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, adoption, retention) to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Adjust the product roadmap based on performance results.

Requirements:

  • eCommerce product management experience required; B2B eCommerce background strongly preferred.
  • Experience with mobile application products.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or software development.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a 6-month contract environment.
  • Local candidates strongly preferred, with occasional on-site presence; fully remote considered for particularly strong applicants.
  • Minimal travel required (less than 10%).

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $58.15 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
