Business Analyst
TITLE: Business Analyst
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN (on-site 3 days a week)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition of business requirements from discovery through user acceptance testing
- Analyze and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, test, and training plans
- Collaborate closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams
- Conduct customer and market needs analysis
- Develop detailed product and internet systems requirements
- Act as the liaison between client subject matter experts and development teams
- Identify and assist in developing additional business opportunities within current clients
- Oversee business to system knowledge management
- Assist in overall system design from the user interface to the backend processes
- Understand client tactical plans and express business requirements in terms of functional deliverables
- Apply delivery methodology standards in solution creation
- Support team dynamics through strong interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous BA experience in relevant projects
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $53.00 to $54.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
