TITLE: Business Analyst
LOCATION: Remote role with the first couple of weeks in Atlanta, GA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: End of January 2027
Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the evaluation, design, development and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes and information systems solutions.
  • Handle all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain business strategies, dashboards for projects, initiatives and/or categories.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner on issues facing the business.
  • Develop and track category and program performance as well as monitor trends.
  • Lead all phases of a project's life cycle including defining the business need, establishing criteria and business requirements, understanding the impact to the business and designing and rolling out the project.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and/or analysis within assigned projects or category of business.
  • Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business value.
  • Learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and requirements associated with assigned projects.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including Product Partners, Sr. Manager, and Director level.
  • Create clear and accurate documents and presentations and deliver to a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Own initiative-specific projects and reporting, prioritize projects and tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded.
  • Assist Sr. Analysts or leaders in coordinating integrated teams from one or more external agencies or functional organizations.

Requirements:

  • Comfortability communicating with all stakeholders — Product Partners, Sr. Manager, and Director level.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 30% Data Analysis: identify, research, and measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets; develop and execute ongoing enhancement/optimization strategies; troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • 15% Effective Communication: ability to create clear and accurate documents and presentations; ability to present and deliver to diverse stakeholders.
  • 25% Project Management: responsible for owning initiative-specific projects and reporting; prioritizing projects and tasks to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $30.00 to $40.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
