Business Analyst, AI Outcomes

Location: Midtown Atlanta (remote until late this year)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst, AI Outcomes to lead the qualification, delivery, and operationalization of applied AI solutions that drive internal productivity improvements and customer-facing innovation. This role focuses on leading a team to build scalable, secure, and high‑impact AI capabilities that move beyond experimentation into sustained business value.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with immense curiosity and experience in partnering closely with business stakeholders to elicit business needs and apply AI capabilities ito solve real-world problems.
Internal Productivity AI
- Lead delivery of AI copilots and agents that enhance employee productivity across functions such as:
- Sales, customer service, operations, finance, and IT
- Knowledge management, document intelligence, and enterprise search
- Identify high-impact internal use cases and embed AI into existing workflows and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, collaboration tools).
- Drive adoption by ensuring solutions are intuitive, reliable, and integrated into day-to-day work
- Run monthly Prompt Parties to encourage knowledge sharing and value acceleration across the organization
- Lead prioritized efforts for customer-facing AI capabilities, including:
- AI assistants and conversational experiences
- Intelligent recommendations and decision support
- Predictive and generative features embedded in digital products
- Ensure customer-facing AI solutions meet standards for quality, reliability, security, and trust.
- Partner with product and UX teams to deliver AI experiences that improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
AI Delivery & Execution
- Manage execution of prioritized AI initiatives aligned with business goals
- Translate business needs into scalable technical designs and delivery plans
- Ensure AI solutions progress from pilot to production with measurable outcomes
- Contribute to and help evolve the organization’s AI platform, including:
- Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) patterns
- Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
- Model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
- Cost controls and performance optimization
- Promote reuse through shared patterns, components, and best practices
- Lead and mentor internal users
- Develop and provide training documentation to accelerate adoption
- Work with security, privacy, and compliance partners to ensure:
- Proper handling of sensitive and regulated data
- Safe and responsible use of AI models
- Logging, auditability, and operational controls
- Apply Responsible AI principles across AI design and delivery.
- Partner with product, data, IT, PMO, and business leaders to align priorities.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes in clear business terms.
- Help shape realistic expectations around AI capabilities and timelines.
- 1-3 years in AI-centric or technical leadership role delivering AI solutions
- Proven experience delivering production AI/ML or GenAI solutions
- Experience supporting both internal users and external customers
- Strong background in cloud-native application architecture
- Generative AI & LLMs: RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, agent patterns, evaluation techniques
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Integration & Data: APIs, event-driven architectures, structured/unstructured data, vector stores
- Engineering Practices: security, scalability, observability, performance tuning
- Experience embedding AI into enterprise applications or SaaS products
- Experience supporting enterprise productivity or workflow automation use cases
- Exposure to governance, compliance, or regulated environments
- Strong product mindset and business-oriented problem-solving skills
The hourly pay rate range for this position is 65-75/hr dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
