Business Program Manager
TITLE: Business Program Manager
LOCATION: Seattle, WA.
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/02/2026 to 08/08/2026
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed program plan and schedule to enable measurement and reporting of all multi-year goals.
- Develop a governance, administration, and change management plan for the multi-year goals project.
- Act as a primary interface between the Research and Evaluation team and our Global Programs Partners, assisting with data and research requests.
- Review annual reporting data and help determine themes and key takeaways as well as review planned reporting summaries for the Global Programs team.
- Manage waterfall and agile project management including schedule development.
- Use Workspace as an advanced user.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication plans.
- Develop project and communication plans.
Requirements:
- Waterfall and agile project management including schedule development.
- Google Workspace advanced user.
- Stakeholder management.
- Project and communication plan development experience.
- Presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Social Impact knowledge.
- Research experience.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $120.72 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
