Required Skills:
- Proven experience reviewing third-party due diligence screening reports and identifying potential risk issues
- Strong knowledge of anti-corruption regulatory compliance programs
- Excellent research abilities, particularly in regulatory matters
- Proficiency with compliance systems and documentation is advantageous
- Advanced Excel and Tableau skills
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills in high-demand situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience conducting due diligence research
- Familiarity with compliance technology and systems
- Previous exposure to global regulatory compliance initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance or a similar discipline
Other Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
- Capacity to collaborate across different teams globally

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $38.00 to $48.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
