ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/23/2026 to 12/11/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, delivery, and management of static and animated educational content (e.g., spot illustrations, hero banners, icons, GIFs, etc).
  • Drive the identification of appropriate presentation formats and styles, and ensure content accuracy.
  • Provide guidance from conception to completion, providing high-level feedback on narrative and format, and copy editing for creative briefs.
  • Leverage, collaborate with, and help manage third-party content providers to deliver content as needed.
  • Interpreting complex technical products and features, translating them into accessible visual metaphors and standardized abstract UI elements.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphics production management, preferably within a fast-paced technology or media environment.
  • Technical Interpretation: Proven ability to understand and interpret creative briefs for visual assets centered around complex technical products.
  • Project Leadership: A track record of successfully managing high-volume design projects from inception to completion across multiple platforms (Help Center, Social, Blog).
  • Workflow Expertise: Strong understanding of all aspects of design production, including concepting, vectoring, and technical specs for digital placements.

the hourly pay rate range for this position is $41.64 to $50.56 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
