  • Partner with Product and Legal teams to address emerging compliance concerns during AI buying cycles
  • Support Field enablement through updated compliance messaging, materials, and processes
  • Ongoing Integrated Marketing Responsibilities (Active from the start of the role; increases to full focus after the initial 3-4 month period)
  • Own full-funnel content and thought leadership strategies that position the client as a trusted leader in the evolving Hiring & AI landscape
  • Shape external messaging and deliver integrated programs that drive awareness and consideration
  • Create scalable content activated across channels (web, paid media, email) and leveraged by Sales and Customer Success
  • Manage programs end-to-end, ensuring strong planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and timeline/budget management
  • Analyze performance and share insights to inform optimization and future strategy
  • Apply industry best practices to improve campaign and content effectiveness
  • Stay closely connected to product, customer, and field insights to proactively adapt programs

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of agency, marketing or communications experience
