Social Media Content Strategist

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within entertainment or media industries
- Deep understanding of the podcast medium, including industry trends, talent, and audience behaviors
- Proven success in developing social campaigns that boost engagement and spark cultural conversations
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills tailored for diverse audiences
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across production, editorial, and partnership teams
- Ability to adapt quickly and think creatively under pressure
- Proficiency with social media analytics and performance optimization
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in multimedia content creation, including video and graphic design
- Knowledge of emerging social platforms and new media formats
- Familiarity with content management tools and content approval workflows
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years working in social media or digital content roles, preferably with entertainment or media brands
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $73.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
