Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings to develop marketing plans for regional or functional marketing teams.
- Study the overall portfolio and characteristics, prioritize marketing goals, and develop positioning plans.
- Exercise sound judgment and take swift action to uphold Core Values and Code of Conduct.
- Foster an inclusive environment by encouraging decision-making, building psychological safety, and facilitating inclusive meetings.
- Develop and manage medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs and team objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Evaluate and analyze campaign performance for optimization, define channels for reaching and engaging users, and contribute to integrated channels to meet targets.
- Define research needs and manage or guide user research through internal and external research partners.
- Develop strategies for product marketing content across channels with minimal guidance.
- Define, identify, collect, and track product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Validate market size and opportunity with minimal assistance.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions.
- Understand the product and target audience; develop product positioning and execute go-to-market plans.
- Develop user insights to incorporate user voice into product development and marketing strategies.
- Provide feedback on user experience improvements and promote user engagement.
- Develop product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
- Create marketing content aligned with product strategy, iterating content and design based on standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to publish marketing content with minimal assistance.
- Act as a product or feature expert, providing insights on industry trends and market analysis.
- Promote an inclusive environment by modeling and acknowledging inclusive behavior and providing constructive feedback.
- Serve as a diversity change agent, working to improve processes, culture, or barriers to inclusion.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $90.49 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
