TITLE: Associate Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Remote

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/15/2026 to 06/16/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and adapt the company’s “story” to position its value to various target audiences in the region.
  • Define and implement key messages, voice, and personality for campaigns to resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and execute strategies and integrated marketing plans to generate leads and build awareness.
  • Extend global content marketing and social marketing plans to the region.
  • Identify, produce (if needed), and leverage compelling content for the target audience.
  • Create and maintain a portfolio of customer success stories, references, and recommendations.
  • Extend and execute go-to-market programs for new products and features.
  • Maintain detailed metrics to track progress and inform decisions.

Requirements:

  • Full professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • 2+ years of agency, marketing, or communications experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field.
  • Experience in international marketing.
  • Experience with marketing programs management, including email, website, social media, events, community, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop creative stories and compelling copy that articulate product benefits.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategy and content.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to manage projects, solve problems, and explore alternative solutions.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $46.00 to $58.09 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
