Implementation Consultant
TITLE: Implementation Consultant
LOCATION: New york, NY, Chicago, IL OR Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 9 months
Responsibilities:
- Lead customers through defined implementation engagements, focusing on change management, stakeholder alignment, and solution adoption.
- Execute and adapt project plans to guide clients through strategic milestones.
- Conduct consultative sessions to help customers navigate change and drive adoption of solutions.
- Deliver virtual experiences that are engaging, strategic, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams to represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback for solution enhancement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in an Account Management, Implementation, Change Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Consultancy and/or Training role.
- Professional, authentic and confident communication style.
- Experience working with multiple customers with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong relationships.
Preferred Experience:
- Consultative approach to training and leading through change.
- Strong ability to derive insight from utilization data.
- Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly with a bright technical aptitude.
- Experience and knowledge of AI and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Dynamics and Smartsheets.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $42.23 to $51.50/hr Zone One in the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York Metro, $42.23 to $48.41/hr in the state of Washington and the rest of California and New York Zone Two , and $42.23 to $45.32 in Colorado Zone Four and in any state not already listed, the hourly pay range is $40.00 to $42.23 Zone Four Minimum – Zone Two Max .
