TITLE: Integrated Marketing Manager

LOCATION: New York, NY or San Francsico, CA – Hybrid

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 Months (W2 Contract)

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Corporate Brand Marketing team, which drives marketing initiatives across the company, including impact-focused areas including Social Impact, Economic Graph, Global Affairs, and Public Policy. This role will support the development and day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, always-on content, and strategic event and community engagement initiatives that target our key audiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience owning tactical processes needed to execute integrated marketing campaigns and content development – to include managing agencies and internal stakeholders – as well as a passion for building a brand that supports and addresses global affairs, social issues, and nonprofits.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Integrated Marketing Leads in the execution of global integrated marketing campaigns across multiple internal and external channels by owning marketing operational processes such as preparing and submitting materials, email and ad template development, website production management, day-to-day creative agency collaboration, presentation deck production, light proofreading and copyediting, and quality assurance across assets.
  • Own initial development and execution of the “always on” content strategy for Social Impact, Nonprofits, Economic Graph, and Public Policy, partnering with the Integrated Marketing Leads.
  • Own daily management and behind-the-scenes logistics needed to produce and publish content for Social Impact, Nonprofits, Economic Graph, and Public Policy, partnering with agencies, Integrated Marketing Leads and other teammates.
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Leads in managing relationships with agencies (creative, media, production) and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the localization of content and marketing assets (including websites, PDFs, emails, social media content, etc.) across multiple languages for campaigns as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, to include agency management and content production.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Self-starter, not afraid to be scrappy and roll up your sleeves.
  • Confident working in AI-powered workflows, leveraging tools like CoPilot, Glean, Jasper, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working with project management tools like Wrike, Airtable, Asana, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience working on strategy and production across multiple marketing channels including digital, email, social media, events, and paid media.
  • Understanding of design principles and basic experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Intellectually curious with ability to learn quickly and pivot.
  • Proven success in stakeholder relationship management.
  • Experience working in a mission-driven environment, with exposure to public affairs and social impact marketing.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $46.00 to $58.09 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
