TITLE: IT Infrastructure Engineer

LOCATION: Waddell, AZ (100% on-site)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Support the IT Infrastructure and the operation of the Red Bull distribution hub.
  • Act as an escalation point for operations partners, service desk and other members of the IT Infrastructure team.
  • Be the primary on-site point of contact for business operations, including on-call support as needed.
  • Translate the needs of the business into solutions while meeting budgetary and timeline requirements.
  • Responsible for lifecycle management and capacity planning.
  • Ensure all documentation and monitoring tools are up to date.
  • Manage projects in close collaboration with project management, network operations partners and network service owner teams.
  • The candidate needs to possess the ability to be a self-starter and work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, lead the initiative and execute.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of hands on experience supporting IT Infrastructure.
  • Understand enterprise level network and collaboration concepts.
  • Working knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Working knowledge of systems such as storage, virtualization, file systems, etc.
  • Working knowledge of low voltage/structured cabling technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent documentation and project management skills.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
