TITLE: Journey Builder IV
LOCATION: Culver City, CA OR Cupertino, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 12/02/2025 to 12/01/2026
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys based on product, strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across global projects, ensuring operational plans, deliverables, and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing to drive growth and program improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity and identify issues for internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for campaign performance improvement, operational efficiency, and product tooling enhancements.
- Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks for reference and training.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys.
- High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking; SQL experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver quality projects timely.
- Proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful with willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and devise contingency plans in evolving environments.
- Strong collaborator with consideration for partner impact.
- Effective communication skills across various mediums including Slack, email, and presentations.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in operational workflows of growth marketing.
- Knowledge of multi-channel customer communications and journey orchestration.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75 to $85/ hour (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
