Title: Media Data Manager
Location: Culver, City, CA
Duration: 9 Months

Join our Marketing as a Media Data Manager and be at the forefront of innovative entertainment marketing. In this key role, you’ll support the delivery, organization, and tracking of source materials and marketing assets for trailers, TV spots, and promos, ensuring seamless production workflows and timely distribution. Your expertise will help shape the visual stories seen by millions, making your impact truly global and dynamic.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with digital media in a post-production environment, ideally within entertainment marketing at a studio, vendor, or creative agency
  • Proven ability to manage digital assets using DAM, MAM, or PAM systems with at least 3 years of relevant experience in creating work orders and tracking asset requests
  • Strong understanding of film and television production and post-production workflows
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and order management tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Xytech order management system
  • Familiarity with AirTable platform for data tracking and management

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A background in film, television, or digital media, with a focus on post-production processes
  • 3+ years experience in media asset management or related post-production roles

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with digital video and audio file formats and deliverables
  • Flexibility to handle vendor onboarding, metadata updates, and asset archiving

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $38.00 to $48.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
