TITLE: Performance Partner Marketing Lead
LOCATION: Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/26/2026 to 01/26/2027
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the Arcade Performance Partner Program, driving developer acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing optimization to foster thriving partnerships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Arcade’s marketing team and Services paid advertising experts, synthesizing insights, trends, and best practices to inform and elevate overall paid media strategy.
- Utilize the Performance Partner Program as a testing ground for new paid media tactics, creative approaches, and channel strategies, translating learnings into scalable recommendations for broader Arcade campaigns.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with developers, championing the value of PPP and providing guidance on organic and paid media optimization.
- Develop scalable resources, including playbooks, toolkits, and best practices, to streamline partner adoption and ensure sustained growth and efficiency of PPP.
- Conduct analysis of program and campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver insights to improve developer and Arcade's paid media efforts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure marketing materials align with Arcade’s branding and performance objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, partner management, and mobile gaming, with emphasis on strategic planning and execution.
- Proven expertise in paid media strategy and execution within the mobile gaming or app ecosystem.
- Strong partnership and ad sales acumen, with a track record of fostering long-term relationships.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing or contributing to affiliate or performance partner programs.
- Deep passion for mobile gaming and understanding of the player and developer landscape.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $86.56 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
