TITLE: Program Manager

LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA (hybrid, on-site Tuesday – Thursday)

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the full lifecycle of programs that may extend beyond the immediate team.
  • Drive, organize, and manage program activities to achieve business outcomes.
  • Develop systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics.
  • Define and address undefined cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies.
  • Monitor and manage programs and stakeholders with independent judgment, adjusting programs effectively amid changing circumstances.
  • Understand and manage expectations of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Author program charters addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
  • Create project plans breaking down projects into phases, including risks and dependencies.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders for effective decision-making.
  • Optimize program team roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage program escalations collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver communication plans tailored to stakeholder types.
  • Represent the program team across various touchpoints.
  • Execute change management and develop rollout plans, including impact analysis.
  • Monitor change management progress and resolve misalignments.
  • Collect data and maintain project trackers and status reports.
  • Identify and execute program tasks while managing dependencies and incorporating company values.
  • Define program governance structure, manage mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
  • Lead effective program team meetings.
  • Determine program phases and metrics for continuous improvement, including resource stewardship.
  • Establish checkpoints to assess and deliver on improvement metrics.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $102.84 to $122.25 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
