Unique Opportunity:
As a Sr. Marketing Manager on the Large Hire Integrated Marketing team, you’ll lead global, integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen Talent Solutions’ brand perception and drive engagement with our priority customer audience segments. You’ll develop and execute go-to-market programs that position LTS as a trusted, strategic partner and move customers from awareness through consideration to purchase. This highly cross-functional role partners closely with Product Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, Global Communities & Events, Regional Field Marketing, to name a few, to translate strategy into execution across the funnel. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and analytical, with experience leading integrated marketing campaigns in a matrixed organization and strong project management skills.
From Day 1, this role will operate as part of the Integrated Marketing team and own core Integrated Marketing responsibilities. However, during the first 3–4 months, approximately 50% of the role’s capacity will be dedicated to a high-priority Trust & Compliance initiative, alongside ongoing marketing responsibilities.
While the immediate focus area is outlined below, we anticipate the scope evolving over time based on business needs and the strengths of the individual in the role.
Initial Focus (First 3–4 Months, ~50% allocation alongside ongoing IM responsibilities)
The immediate priority is advancing Trust & Compliance narrative as AI adoption accelerates and customers and the Field need support overcoming internal compliance barriers to adopting our AI solutions.
Responsibilities during this period include:
- Own and help shape the internal and external Trust & Compliance narrative
- Develop content and thought leadership strategy to strengthen perceptions of Enterprise Trust & Compliance
- Serve as the marketing representative within the cross-functional Compliance workstream, partnering with Legal, InfoSec, Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Partner with Product and Legal teams to address emerging compliance concerns during AI buying cycles
- Support Field enablement through updated compliance messaging, materials, and processes
- Ongoing Integrated Marketing Responsibilities (Active from the start of the role; increases to full focus after the initial 3-4 month period)
- Own full-funnel content and thought leadership strategies that position the client as a trusted leader in the evolving Hiring & AI landscape
- Shape external messaging and deliver integrated programs that drive awareness and consideration
- Create scalable content activated across channels (web, paid media, email) and leveraged by Sales and Customer Success
- Manage programs end-to-end, ensuring strong planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and timeline/budget management
- Analyze performance and share insights to inform optimization and future strategy
- Apply industry best practices to improve campaign and content effectiveness
- Stay closely connected to product, customer, and field insights to proactively adapt programs
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of agency, marketing or communications experience
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
- Experience in B2B, enterprise, or international marketing environments
- Experience managing integrated marketing programs across channels, including email, web, social, events, community, and content marketing
- Strategic ownership: Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, proactively identifying opportunities and driving work forward with limited oversight
- Program leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives while balancing competing priorities and delivering results
- Analytical problem-solving: Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy and influence decision-making
- Communication: Strong ability to distill complex ideas and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Relationship building: High EQ with a track record of building trust and partnering effectively across senior, cross-functional teams
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $77.74 to $88.85 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
