TITLE: Sr. React/ Full Stack Engineer

LOCATION:  REMOTE

FROM:  01/14/2026 to 12/31/2026

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver production-quality code within a full TypeScript stack (Node.js, React, Carbon Design System)
  • Work with product and UX team members to drive product features from design phase to implementation
  • Be able to solve problems independently and work collaboratively with other developers
  • Convert mockups and prototypes into functional web applications and reusable libraries
  • Ensure consistent, responsive experiences across multiple devices and browsers
  • Develop and maintain reusable UI and back-end components when possible

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent industry work experience
  • 8+ years of experience building software for a production environment
  • 5+ years of development experience with TypeScript and Node.js (or experience with a strongly typed object-oriented language and a desire to learn TypeScript/Node)
  • 3+ years of development experience with modern client-side web libraries ReactJS and NextJS
  • Proficient with version control systems (preferably Git)
  • Proficient with unit testing (experience with JS frameworks such as Jest is preferred)
  • Solid understanding of databases and fluent in SQL
Nice to Have:  
  • Knowledge of HTML Canvas (CanvasRenderingContext2D and/or WebGL)
  • Proficient with CSS3, SASS – Comfortable with software patterns & practices
  • Familiarity with cloud native technologies and concepts (Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, etc)
  • Experience with Agile development process (Scrum) – Experience with pair programming
  • Experience with algorithms
  • Familiar with animation concepts
  • Familiar with geography concepts

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
