Sr Scrum Master

As a Sr Scrum Master, you will be at the forefront of guiding multiple cross-functional teams through a shift towards a modern, design-first delivery model. Your expertise will foster collaboration, streamline delivery flows, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the adoption of Scrum and Lean principles, facilitating ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Promote Lean Thinking and utilize Kanban to visualize and optimize delivery flow, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
- Coordinate scaled agile events, including cross-team planning and delivery synchronization, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, experimentation, and a fail-fast mindset.
- Support teams in becoming self-organizing, removing impediments, and building high-performance dynamics.
- Coach product owners and teams on Agile best practices, maximizing stakeholder engagement and transparency.
- Orchestrate dependencies across teams and track progress to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Cultivate an open, trust-based environment that promotes psychological safety, conflict resolution, and continuous growth.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of Lean principles and agile practices, with the ability to tailor processes to team needs.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent.
- Experience leading agile transformations at the organizational level.
- Knowledge of software development processes and tools.
- Familiarity with metrics collection and continuous improvement processes.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in a dynamic enterprise setting.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Ability to facilitate virtual and in-person meetings effectively.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $56.42 to $71.42 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
