Are you a visionary UX designer passionate about creating seamless, end-to-end user journeys? We are seeking a talented Staff UX Designer to lead holistic redesign initiatives that elevate our user experiences across multiple touchpoints. This fully remote, W2 contract role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with innovative teams and influence product direction through bold, thoughtful design solutions.
In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with product managers and researchers to translate insights into compelling design concepts, pushing beyond screens to craft cohesive, intuitive journeys. You’ll create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that bring ideas to life while extending and refining existing design systems for scalability. Your ability to communicate the rationale behind your decisions—grounded in user needs and business goals—will be key to driving impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and UI polishing
- Proven experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design
- Proficiency working within and evolving established design systems
- Ability to simplify complex challenges and clearly communicate trade-offs
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with consulting partners or cross-agency teams
- Ability to facilitate lightweight workshops (e.g., journey mapping, prioritization)
- Interest in integrating research insights into design iterations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Several years of hands-on UX design experience, demonstrating impactful, end-to-end project involvement
Other Requirements:
- Comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with external partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to adapt to evolving tools and workflows

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $70.00 to $75.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
