Strategy & Ops Program Manager
TITLE: Strategy & Ops Program Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 9 Months
Responsibilities:
- Owns the pricing migration delivery plan and weekly progress against it
- Manages dependencies between BORM clusters during the peak transformation period
- Runs the BORM transformation programme board — status, risks, decisions needed
- Coordinates with A&B, GenAI, SOLE, and CLO teams on shared deliverables
- Documents processes and decisions so knowledge doesn’t leave with them
Requirements:
- Experienced programme / project manager — comfortable with complexity and multiple workstreams (6-10 years of experience)
- Experience of WFM or Capacity Planning a benefit
- Can onboard fast and add value within 2–3 weeks
- Strong documentation and handover discipline — the exit just is as important as the tenure
- BPO, Ops, WFM or tech transformation background preferred
- Does NOT need to be an AI specialist (beneficial though)— needs to be a strong delivery operator
- Good at working with ambiguity

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $141.67 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
