Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary onsite liaison between show producers, artist relations, and studio photographers.
- Oversee artist approval workflows onsite, including communicating image priorities, documenting requests, and managing retouching feedback.
- Partner with art directors and photo producers to execute creative initiatives and identify key moments for weekly and monthly studio recaps.
- Provide hands-on support for livestream events, including live editing and asset delivery to relevant teams.
- Coordinate with the photo studio manager and production team to schedule resources and execute monthly photo lab creative refreshes.
- Monitor and maintain studio equipment, spaces, and operational standards across all three locations.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $0.00 to $74.62 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
