Training Specialist 3 – Elevate Technical Training and Impact Business Success

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, business, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience developing systems and technical course materials
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience translating complex technical documentation into clear training content
- Ability to facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and conduct SME focus groups
- Familiarity with virtual training delivery and remote learning platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Background in instructional design or technical training with a strong portfolio of course development
- Prior experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing large-scale training projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to changing project scopes and work environments
- Willingness to collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver optimal training solutions

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 to $39.39 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
