What You Bring to the Table – Required Skills
- Proven expertise in UX/UI design with 7+ years of experience leading end-to-end design processes.
- Strong proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and interaction design best practices.
- Ability to research user needs through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral studies, translating insights into compelling designs.
- Skilled in visual design elements including typography, color theory, iconography, and layout, ensuring aesthetic appeal and brand consistency.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with UI tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $70.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.

Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including graphic designers, web developers, and business analysts.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

- Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusivity in design.
- Experience in conducting usability testing and analyzing behavioral data.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Over a decade of hands-on experience leading UX/UI initiatives, ideally within fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in advocating for user-centered design principles and driving design strategy.
