About the Role
Join a large-scale, enterprise design team focused on crafting intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences across customer-facing products. This role is ideal for a designer who brings strong visual design and interaction thinking, while also contributing to discovery and ensuring accessibility is built into every experience.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, user-centered solutions—balancing usability, visual polish, and system consistency in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design high-quality visual and interaction experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Contribute to design discovery efforts to define user needs and experience direction
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
- Apply and evolve design systems, pattern libraries, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life
- Participate in design critiques, reviews, and stakeholder presentations
- Partner with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of UX/Product Design experience
- Strong skills in visual design and interaction design
- Hands-on expertise with Figma in Agile environments
- Experience contributing to design discovery and user flows
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to balance visual polish with usability and system constraints
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI components
- Experience designing for complex or data-heavy applications
Work Model
- Remote-friendly (U.S.-based candidates)
- Hybrid option available for candidates local to:
- Minneapolis, MN
- Atlanta, GA
- Dallas, TX
- Portland, OR
- New York, NY
- Hybrid expectation: ~2 days onsite/week (preferred, not required)

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $0.00 to $55.32/hr.
