    Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Developer Responsibilities

    Manage and support CRM and Experience Management initiatives within the firm.
    Lead CRM deployment activities; strategize, design, and implement data security and access protocols.
    Act as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications.
    Coordinate data integration across multiple marketing systems including campaign and event management tools.
    Maintain and update marketing databases with accurate and integrated data (ETL processes).
    Design, build, and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
    Develop low-code applications and workflows to streamline marketing, CRM, and client engagement processes.

    Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Required Skills

    5+ years of experience in the legal industry, specifically supporting CRM and Experience Management systems.
    Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Litera Foundation, or other e-marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture).
    Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages).
    Experience with Common Data Service (CDS) and Common Data Model (CDM).
    Solid understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, and low-code solution architecture.
    Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
    Excellent communication and client service skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
    Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.

     

    Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Developer Preferred Skills

    Experience with Legal360 CRM platform.
    Prior success in training and supporting staff in CRM and Power Platform tools.
    Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions using the Power Platform.
    Knowledge of governance, security, and environment management best practices within the Power Platform.
    Project management skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
