Required Skills:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting (7+ years)
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including financial and data analysis
- Expertise in managing large-scale programs, defining project timelines, and ensuring successful execution
- Deep understanding of business operations, especially within the public sector or government space
- Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and BI/data visualization tools
- Effective communication skills, with ability to present complex data to senior leadership
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certifications such as PMP, CPA, or related project management or finance credentials
- Experience with digital transformation, agile methodologies, or ecosystem partnerships
- Knowledge of marketing funnel health, data analytics innovations, or specific tools like Google Apps and Business Intelligence platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus
- 7+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or sales operations, preferably with a focus on the public sector or government clients
