Marketing Manager
TITLE: Marketing Manager
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/27/2026 to 12/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end direct mail marketing campaigns ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, legal/compliance, analytics, and production vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Develop and oversee comprehensive campaign plans, including schedules, mail plans, and approvals
- Review and approve all audits, proofs, and production samples for campaign components
- Establish and maintain quality control standards throughout production
- Optimize package design decisions to balance cost and performance
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing and production terms
- Manage invoicing, cost tracking, and vendor performance
- Research and evaluate new production technologies and methods
- Support bankwide initiatives and prioritize deliverables based on business impact
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 2–5 years of direct mail campaign or production experience
- Working knowledge of regulatory disclosures, compliance requirements, and basic credit, finance, and risk fundamentals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

The hourly pay rate for this position is $50.42 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
