Marketing Manager
TITLE: Marketing Manager; Email
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN or Horsham, PA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/27/2026 to 12/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of email programs and campaigns.
- Execute campaigns, troubleshoot, and identify efficiencies in the campaign process.
- Manage creative-to-data mapping and deliver assets to the email development team.
- Conduct preview and quality assurance reviews, gather stakeholder feedback, and communicate updates and revisions.
- Review audit outputs and manage approval workflows to ensure campaign readiness and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices while managing timelines and milestones.
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
- Strong project and channel management experience with great attention to detail.
- Thorough knowledge of interactive marketing and email channel best practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of highly dynamic, data-driven email templates.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years of related experience in digital marketing.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong Microsoft proficiency.
- Attention to detail, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML.
- Financial or related industry understanding is a plus.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $53.57 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
