Responsibilities:
- Manage owned social media channels and engage with consumers proactively and reactively.
- Act as the external voice of the company and brands, while representing the consumer internally.
- Connect personally with consumers to humanize the company and provide feedback to internal departments.
- Oversee multiple Kimberly-Clark brands within a sector/category, ensuring a positive consumer experience.
- Leverage brand voice in social media comments and engagement to support brand presence.
- Implement social media strategies, manage engagement, and foster positive consumer interactions.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent voice and strong social branding.
- Interact with consumers using social media management software and tools.
- Participate in agile marketing content development based on social media monitoring.
- Create FAQs, responses, and social media content to support brand activations.
- Maintain knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
- Support miscellaneous tasks related to social community management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, PR, journalism, or related field, or demonstrated equivalent ability and experience.
- Copywriting/editing experience for social content and engagement.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Sprinklr is required.
- English as the first language.
Preferred Experience:
- Bilingual in Spanish or French (plus, not required).
- Childcare experience (personal or professional) (nice-to-have).
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
