In this dynamic, externally-facing role based in Cupertino, CA, you will work directly alongside the CMM Global Supply Manager to lead risk mitigation initiatives, foster supplier engagement, and monitor geopolitical and market signals that influence raw material sourcing. Required Skills
- Proven ability to independently lead structured supplier discussions, set agendas, and drive stakeholder commitments.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex risk data and transform it into actionable plans.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting professional reports and clear supplier-facing feedback.
- Comfortable working within digital platforms, tracking multisource data, and maintaining program dashboards.
- Passion for global current events, trade policies, and commodity market dynamics, with the ability to connect macro signals to supply chain risks.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with supply chain, procurement, or commodity management roles.
- Familiarity with critical minerals, raw materials, or global commodity markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with operations management tools.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, international relations, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years in supply chain or related operations, particularly with external stakeholder engagement.
Other Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Willingness to stay informed on geopolitical developments and commodity market trends affecting critical resources.
- Prior experience in a supplier-facing capacity or global supply chain environment is highly advantageous.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $70.95 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
