We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our executive engagement initiatives, shaping the way LinkedIn connects with top-tier clients and partners. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute advanced business strategies for executive briefings, one-on-one meetings, and high-touch interactions across NAMER. You will serve as a trusted advisor, orchestrating peer-level engagements that foster trust and long-term value, while creating scalable processes, playbooks, and tools to enable regional teams and business lines to deliver exceptional experiences. Your insights will inform cross-business strategies, and your ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders will be instrumental in ensuring flawless execution of impactful programs.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in influencing and driving strategic initiatives
- Deep understanding of account-based marketing and executive engagement principles
- Strong business acumen with a professional presence
- Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
- Highly collaborative with a “can-do” attitude and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong troubleshooting and resourcefulness skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Executive Briefing Center Teams (EBC)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn’s global initiatives and program integration
- Additional expertise in stakeholder management, complex problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in executive engagement or strategic marketing roles
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)
- Capacity to influence at all organizational levels and coordinate with external vendors and partners
