ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/01/2026 to 04/30/2027
Responsibilities:
- Attend drafting team meetings, leadership meetings, subgroup calls, stakeholder engagements, and internal coordination meetings.
- Capture accurate minutes, attendance records, and action items.
- Maintain spreadsheets for industry engagements, decision logs, and parking lot items.
- Draft and circulate meeting summaries.
- Maintain organized project files, version histories, and correspondence in accordance with record retention policies.
- Assist with capturing technical and legal discussion points, flagging items for review.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across stakeholders and time zones.
- Support the preparation of project nomination forms, comment forms, and onboarding packages.
- Support the formatting and maintenance of draft documents, responses to comments, and related project products.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in project coordination, legal, regulatory, or technical administrative roles.
- Experience taking detailed meeting minutes in technical, legal, or regulatory settings.
- Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence.
- Proven ability to coordinate schedules and logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Working knowledge of NERC’s Reliability Standards development process, FERC processes, or similar stakeholder-driven standards processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, document collaboration tools, and webinar platforms.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools and processes.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $40.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
