Job Description: Insights Analyst III
Location: Cupertino, CA
Contract: 12 months

We are seeking a highly skilled Insights Analyst III to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage advanced data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver insights accordingly.
• Use statistical methods and data modeling to forecast future trends and behaviors.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analytics technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience as an Insights Analyst or similar role, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or others.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with machine learning techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with business operational processes and KPIs.
