TITLE: Campaign Producer
LOCATION: Hybrid; Culver City
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months

Join our dynamic External Marketing Programs team and play a vital role in shaping compelling marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness. As a Campaign Producer, you’ll be at the heart of our organization’s creative process, coordinating innovative campaigns across multiple channels to deliver impactful results. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of external marketing campaigns across online and offline media channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media strategy, channel activation, analytics, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the connective hub, coordinating workflows between external and internal teams.
  • Support campaign status updates, creative trafficking, media recommendations, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Project manage campaigns from briefing through launch, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met with precision and professionalism.

Required Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in project management, media campaign management, operations, or related support roles.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing campaign lifecycle, including media planning, ad trafficking, analytics, and measurement.
  • Proven experience working with media marketing teams and managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships across diverse teams and navigate ambiguity effectively.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Airtable platform.
  • Background in subscription service marketing.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing for subscription-based services is advantageous.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to collaborate across teams and contribute to a creative and innovative environment.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $XX.XX to $XX.XX (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
