Synergis’ client, a global organization undergoing a large-scale finance and supply chain transformation initiative, has engaged us in a search for a Global Process Lead to support a strategic product costing modernization program. - Oversee go-live preparation and deployment activities for China/Hong Kong forecast operations and costing cycles
- Drive alignment across stakeholders regarding forecasting cadence, process dependencies, approvals, and reporting expectations
- Develop standardized process documentation, operating procedures, reference materials, and training content to support business adoption
- Organize and lead super-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for regional business users
- Establish governance routines and operational controls related to forecasting, variance analysis, and product cost review processes
- Support forecast-cycle readiness activities including hypercare planning, escalation paths, issue tracking, and post-launch support coordination
- Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings, readiness reviews, and status reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle
Global Process Lead | Requirements
- Extensive experience leading finance transformation, forecasting, product costing, or supply chain planning initiatives within complex global organizations
- Strong background coordinating enterprise process rollouts involving cross-functional and international stakeholder groups
- Experience managing UAT planning, execution oversight, defect coordination, and go-live readiness activities
- Familiarity with forecasting, product costing, variance analysis, and financial planning processes
- Ability to create process documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and end-user training materials
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within large-scale ERP and planning tool environments
- Knowledge of Anaplan, SAP, Kinaxis, and/or SAP Material Ledger environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments
