Account Setup Coordinator
TITLE: Account Setup Coordinator
LOCATION: Knoxville, TN
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/08/2026 to 12/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Review accounts with a compliance-focused, analytical approach.
- Communicate with merchants to remediate account issues.
- Document actions, decisions, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Research and apply guidance independently, collaborating effectively when needed.
- Manage multiple tools while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect in merchant interactions.
- Adapt quickly to changing requirements, policies, and scenarios.
- Evaluate and escalate issues proactively when necessary.
Requirements:
- Comfortable learning new systems with support.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including tracking, organizing, and notating work.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and data entry.
- Able to manage multiple tools while maintaining accuracy.
- Open to feedback and quick to apply coaching.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and accountability for development.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior AML or compliance experience is helpful but not required.
- Success is driven more by mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn than prior exposure.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $19.43 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
