Required Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of products and services related to Mutual Funds
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- One to two years of experience in quality analysis or mutual fund operations
- In-depth understanding of productivity and accuracy standards in mutual fund processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (with relevant work experience)
- Prior experience in quality measurement activities within the mutual fund industry
Other Requirements:
- Ability to perform on-site training and participate in in-person interviews
- Willingness to work onsite five days a week during training period
- Ability to analyze complex cases and perform high-level evaluations
- Strong documentation and feedback skills

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $12.00 to $24.74 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
