Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least one year of experience in bank loan processing or loan administrative activities within the syndicated loan market
- In-depth knowledge of bank loan operational functions, systems, and procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines in a team environment
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with software such as Wallstreet Office, SEI, Solvas, and CDO Suite (basic knowledge preferred)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Moderate credit agreement interpretation skills
- Experience with comprehensive report generation
- Knowledge of broader financial systems and tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline
- 1+ years of relevant experience in bank loan operations or related fields
Other Requirements:
- This position is 100% onsite, requiring full-day presence at our designated location
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a collaborative team setting

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $12.00 to $22.56 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
